Instructions

In the 'Login ID' field enter your Unique Receipt No.

In the 'Registration No' field enter your Registration No ( Not Mandatory).

In the 'Password' field enter first three character of Patient name 

eg. for Mohan Kumar Password will be moh 

Your reports will be available online for a period of 7 days from the date given on your receipt.

Online reports cannot be accessed for partial or unpaid payments.
